Willow Yoga is safely running in-person studio classes

We’re confident that we can operate safely with several precautions in place. All teaching yogis have been vaccinated (and we know that many in our community have completed their shots, as well). Additionally, we have an air purifier running and will keep our door open on days when the weather allows. Of course, the studio will, as always, be regularly cleaned and sanitized.

Not ready for in-person? Don’t worry - there are many streaming options!

class types

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
