Willow Yoga is excited to announce the return of in-person studio classes, beginning May 17th!

We’re confident that we can reopen safely with several precautions in place: classes will be limited to 8 students, the floor has been taped to allow for social distancing, and all teaching yogis have been vaccinated (and we know that many in our community have completed their shots, as well). Additionally, we have an air purifier running and will keep our door open on days when the weather allows. Of course, the studio will, as always, be regularly cleaned and sanitized.

class types

Vinyasa
Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Yin
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
Restorative
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
