Yoga Classes
Slow Flow is a vinyasa style yoga that moves at a slower pace. Poses are held longer to be sure of correct alignment. Modifications are given to make the poses accessible to everyone. Great for experienced yogis as well as Beginners.
Restorative Yoga is a calming class that is all done on the floor. (no standing poses).We use props to get comfortable in the pose and hold for longer periods. The poses do the work for you. No experience needed.
Chair Yoga is yoga done in a chair or with the chair to use for help with balance. This class is great if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor. No experience needed.
Yoga Basics is more hatha style. We warm up and then workshop some poses to learn them from the ground up. Great for those wanting to slow down and learn why and how we do the poses that we do and ways to modify the poses.
Yin Yoga is a slow moving class that is based on Chinese Medicine. Poses are help longer (3-5 Minutes) to stretch the ligaments and fascia.
Strength Training Using light weights and resistance bands to build strength. open to all levels.
On Demand Yoga included with the Unlimited Monthly Yoga. Take any class any time. You will have access from your phone or computer to our extensive library of classes. Going back 6 years!

We offer one on one private yoga classes. This is great if you want to learn all the basics with one on one instruction or if you have an injury or limitations that would make it hard to participate in a group class.
Small group classes
This is a fun way for families or friends to spend time together promoting health and wellness. We can practice in the studio or come to you. We have done these classes for businesses, Bachelorette parties, in the park and even family reunions.
