Laughter Yoga with Diana

What is Laughter Yoga? It’s a practice that combines yogic breathing and intentional laughter to help elevate mood and reduce stress.

It’s not traditional yoga postures - no flexibility or yoga experience is required.

In this introductory session, Diana will guide you through a simple, welcoming format: a gentle warm-up (smiling and light movement), playful laughter exercises, and a calming cool-down. Come as you are — bring a willingness to try something new.
