Our hips are the powerhouse of functional movement—from walking to lifting to everyday life activities. This 90-minute workshop blends education and movement to improve hip mobility and stability while reducing discomfort and building strong, supported movement patterns.
We’ll explore functional movement, targeted strengthening, and mindful stretching to support a better range of motion, balance, and overall lower-body resilience. This workshop is a great fit if you sit often, feel tight in the hips, or want to support your yoga practice and daily movement with more strength and ease.
