Shoulder Stability & Mobility

In this 75-minute workshop, students will explore the anatomy of the shoulder, an incredible joint and the most mobile in the body. With that mobility comes the need for strength and stability to properly support the joint through its full range of motion. We’ll break down how the shoulder works, explore its movement patterns, and practice exercises designed to build strength and stability.

Strong, mobile shoulders are essential for everyday life and long-term health. This workshop will help you improve posture by addressing rounded shoulders and forward head position, reduce your risk of common issues like rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder, and support pain-free movement. Healthy shoulders also allow you to fully enjoy activities like pickleball, tennis, golf, and strength training, while maintaining independence as you age—making daily tasks like reaching, lifting, and getting dressed easier and more comfortable.

This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to improve shoulder health, prevent injury, or move with greater ease and confidence.
