With that mobility comes the need for strength and stability to properly support the joint through its full range of motion. We’ll break down how the shoulder works, explore its movement patterns, and practice exercises designed to build strength and stability.

This workshop will help you improve posture by addressing rounded shoulders and forward head position, reduce your risk of common issues like rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder, and support pain-free movement.
